Aim: Perilunate dislocations (PLD) and transscaphoid perilunate fracture-dislocations (TSPLFD) are severe wrist injuries typically resulting from high-energy trauma. Delayed diagnosis and delayed surgical treatment may adversely affect functional outcomes.
